  • Verify voltage and frequency match the motor nameplate before connection.

FAQ

Can I install a homogenizer on an upper floor?

Yes, but with additional engineering. The vibration from a reciprocating pump transmits through building structures more than rotary equipment. An isolated inertia block is strongly recommended for upper-floor installations. The structural engineer must account for both the static weight (machine + inertia block) and the dynamic loading from pump operation.

How long does installation and commissioning take?

A lab-scale unit (5-40 L/h) can be uncrated, positioned, connected, and commissioned in 1-2 days. What if my utilities don’t match the machine specification?
